What is white glove delivery?
White-glove delivery services are hand delivery services for luxury product deliveries. Such deliveries are customizable. All your goods come in a secure van and are delivered by hand to assure maximum security and the most luxurious experience. Incase you are considering the white-glove service for a gift, please reach out to our customer team as they may be able to help you customize it even further! (Flowers and notes go very well with jewellery!)
White glove services are currently only available in New Delhi. We are working on making the same available in Mumbai, Bangalore & Chennai very soon!
Can I return my order?
The return policy of any ordered product varies depending on brand, customisation & several other factors. Please refer to the product page to check if your product is eligible for return.
To arrange your return, simply sign in to your account and go to Orders & Returns. Once you have found your order, click 'Start a return'. If you don’t have an account, you can reach out to our customer support team.
It may take up to 2-5 days to have the product collected, depending upon your area code. Your refund processing takes up to 7-10 days post receiving your product.
I received the wrong product!
If you believe you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact our Customer Service team so we can resolve the issue. We kindly as you to provide as much information as possible upon contact.
My product has arrived damaged.
If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number, images of the item, and any other details you deem may be relevant.

What is the shipping fee?
Shipping is calculated basis your delivery address. We charge a nominal shipping fee which is always under INR 700.
Additionally, all shipments are free for orders above INR 5000.
Do you support Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do! Cash on Delivery is available throughout India and is charged at INR 250.
