Should you wish to cancel your order, please send your request to our Customer Service team and we will do our best to fulfill your request. While we do our best to accommodate your requests, in cases of customization to jewellery, it may not be possible.

We use trusted delivery partners to ensure a seamless delivery experience for you. Incase there are any issues with the delivery, please be rest assured that your products are insured and will reach you.

White-glove delivery services are hand delivery services for luxury product deliveries. Such deliveries are customizable. All your goods come in a secure van and are delivered by hand to assure maximum security and the most luxurious experience. Incase you are considering the white-glove service for a gift, please reach out to our customer team as they may be able to help you customize it even further! (Flowers and notes go very well with jewellery!)

White glove services are currently only available in New Delhi. We are working on making the same available in Mumbai, Bangalore & Chennai very soon!

Delivery

Shipping is calculated basis your delivery address. We charge a nominal shipping fee which is always under INR 700.

Additionally, all shipments are free for orders above INR 5000.

Yes, we do! Cash on Delivery is available throughout India and is charged at INR 250.
